Effective date: April 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Kasua collects, uses, stores, secures, and discloses information in connection with the Kasua operations platform. It applies to the shared SaaS application, offline web surfaces, connected desktop workflows, billing systems, support channels, and customer-managed or Kasua-managed domain access.
Kasua may process information needed to operate the service, including administrator identities, user accounts, workspace details, tenant and billing records, invoices, system logs, audit events, support interactions, and the operational records entered by a customer into the platform. Depending on usage, those operational records may include products, suppliers, customers, sales, purchases, transfers, inventory events, approvals, branch settings, or distribution records.
Customers retain ownership of their business data and branding assets. Kasua processes that data for the purpose of providing the service, subject to the selected hosting model, plan level, and any additional commercial agreement. Tenant administrators remain responsible for the lawful collection and use of their own end-user, staff, customer, supplier, beneficiary, or operational records inside the workspace.
Kasua may process billing contact details, invoice history, subscription intervals, payment references, and transaction status information in order to manage subscription access, reminders, renewals, and related financial operations. Payment processing may involve approved billing providers according to the active platform configuration.
Kasua may send transactional email such as verification, password reset, welcome, billing, invoice, renewal, or domain-status messages. These communications are operational in nature and may be delivered through configured mail infrastructure such as ZeptoMail.
Kasua applies access restrictions, password hashing, environment-level configuration control, audit logging, and commercially reasonable backup and monitoring measures appropriate to the platform model. Data retention may vary depending on plan, customer instructions, billing status, and applicable law. Some logs, invoices, or compliance records may be retained for operational and legal reasons even after workspace cancellation.
On the shared SaaS platform, Kasua logically isolates tenant data and applies platform-wide controls. On dedicated or private installs, some privacy and infrastructure responsibilities may shift according to the customer's selected deployment profile. Domain routing, certificate management, and environment ownership may also differ by plan.
Kasua may rely on third-party services for infrastructure, payment processing, DNS, SSL management, transactional mail, monitoring, and related operations. Those providers process limited data as necessary for their role. Kasua does not sell customer data for advertising purposes.
Workspace owners and authorized administrators may update branding, language defaults, currency settings, user access, and other configuration options inside the product. They may also export records, adjust permissions, and review activity logs according to plan entitlements and role permissions.
Customers operating in regulated, institutional, NGO, or public-sector contexts are responsible for ensuring that the way they use Kasua complies with their own legal, procurement, donor, employment, and data-protection obligations. Where stronger privacy or residency requirements apply, customers should select an appropriate plan or dedicated deployment model.
Kasua may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves, new deployment modes are introduced, or compliance expectations change. The latest published version will govern ongoing use of the service unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
