Effective date: April 29, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Kasua platform, including the shared SaaS application, customer-managed subdomains, custom domains, desktop-connected services, offline web surfaces, and related support services. By creating a workspace, signing in, or otherwise using Kasua, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.
Kasua is a business operations platform designed for inventory, point of sale, procurement, transfers, reporting, approvals, and related workflow management. Feature availability depends on the selected plan, billing status, enabled modules, and infrastructure model. Some advanced capabilities, including custom domains, private installations, dedicated hosting, and certain offline workflows, are restricted to eligible plans.
Kasua offers Starter, Growth, Scale, and Enterprise plans. Billing may be monthly, quarterly, semiannual, annual, or biennial depending on plan configuration. Public prices shown on the landing page, pricing page, and signup flow are based on the system's active SaaS pricing configuration.
Fees are due according to the selected billing cadence. Non-payment may lead to limited service, grace status, suspension, or cancellation in line with the active billing rules.
New workspaces may receive a free trial. Trials may convert into paid plans or expire based on the billing configuration in effect. Workspace owners may request upgrades, downgrades, or interval changes from within the application, subject to any applicable billing cutoffs, invoice status, and plan eligibility rules. Some changes take effect immediately, while others apply on the next renewal boundary.
You may not use Kasua to break the law, abuse system resources, interfere with other tenants, distribute malware, perform unauthorized security testing, or process content that violates applicable law or the rights of others. You may not misrepresent your identity, attempt to bypass plan restrictions, or use automation in a way that degrades service for others.
Use of customer-owned domains, Kasua-managed subdomains, white-label branding, or private install profiles is subject to plan entitlement and technical verification. You remain responsible for DNS control, domain ownership, and the lawful use of brand assets you provide. Kasua may refuse or disable a domain configuration that is fraudulent, misconfigured, abusive, or legally problematic.
Kasua applies commercially reasonable security controls, access restrictions, audit logging, and backup procedures appropriate to the service model. However, no internet-connected system is risk-free. You are responsible for data quality, user access management, internal approval processes, and lawful data handling within your organization.
Kasua aims for stable and professional availability, but the platform may occasionally require maintenance, upgrades, emergency remediation, or dependency-level changes. Response and support levels may vary by plan. Enterprise environments may operate under a separate support scope or commercial agreement.
Kasua may suspend or terminate access where there is non-payment, fraud, abuse, unacceptable use, severe security risk, legal compulsion, or repeated violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time, but outstanding charges and accrued obligations remain payable unless waived in writing.
Kasua and its underlying software, branding, workflows, interfaces, documentation, and platform design remain the intellectual property of Kasua and its licensors, except for customer-owned data and customer-supplied branding assets. These terms do not transfer ownership of the platform itself.
Kasua is provided on a commercial best-effort basis except where a separate service agreement states otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kasua is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the platform. Aggregate liability, where legally applicable, is limited to the fees paid for the affected service period unless a stricter agreement is in place.
Operational, billing, or legal notices may be sent to the primary administrator or billing email associated with your workspace. It is your responsibility to ensure those inboxes are monitored and current.
Kasua may update these terms from time to time to reflect product changes, compliance needs, or commercial policy updates. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
